Raw Milk Herd Shares (available year-round, see menu choices to the left)
Eggs (available year-round -- $4/dozen)
When our hens aren't out chasing after grasshopers or nibbling on clover, they're pecking at organic feed. These eggs have bright orange yolks, and in our opinion taste better and are healthier than any store bought eggs you will ever find.
Honey (available October/November until sold out)
We're now offering raw, unfiltered honey produced here at our farm. Available by the pint ($5), quart ($10), or half gallon ($20).
Wool Yarn and Roving
Romney and merino wool. Merino is exceptionally soft, and Romney is a common favorite among hand spinners. It's known for a long staple (fiber length) and a "crimp" which gives it more elasticity than many other varieties of wool. Available in both roving (for handspinners) and yarn.
Maple Syrup (available in February until sold out)
We're now producing maple syrup from our own trees. An excellent high-quality and nutritious sweetener. $7 (pint) or $14 (quart).
Pork / Chicken / Lamb (seasonally available)
We raise a limited number of hogs outdoors on organic grain, as well as pastured chickens and lamb (which are entirely grass-fed). Pork and Lamb are available in the fall, and chicken in late summer. Inquire for prices/availability.
